Refund & Return Policy – Daily Essential Finds

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging with all tags and accessories

Free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Used, opened, or damaged products (except if damaged during shipping)

Items returned without original packaging

Products showing signs of use or wear

Any item returned after the 30-day window

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion

Failure to report damage within 7 days may result in the claim being denied.

5. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection (if applicable), or if you simply no longer want the product.

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items as outlined above.

6. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

7. Refund Process

Email us at dailyessentialfind@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return

Wait for our approval before sending anything back

Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide

After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

8. Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping times for international orders can vary.

Delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure are not grounds for a refund or cancellation once the order has been processed and shipped.

9. Final Decision

Daily Essential Find reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and return requests.
